The College of Professional and International Education (CPIE) at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) has partnered with HackerU to offer the Software Development Bootcamp, with the goal of transforming learners with little or no experience into ready-to-hire developers in less than one year. This comprehensive curriculum teaches the most up-to-date skills in the field, while providing hands-on experience taught by instructors who are leading professionals. Learners utilize cutting-edge materials to engage in project-based learning and practice real-world scenarios, while developing the critical thinking necessary to succeed as a coder or software developer.
The immersive learning environment is designed for those with a non-technical background who want to qualify for entry-level positions in the industry. No previous experience in software development or coding is necessary. Learners can start from scratch, learn the basics, and then progress to in-depth training topics. At the end of each program, HackerU provides comprehensive Career Services for assistance in job and internship placements.
